Cousins by the Dozens Incorporated is a community support collective of dedicated professionals committed to uplifting the Long Beach community through practical, hands-on personal and professional services. Founded on the belief that strong communities are built through everyday acts of support, we partner with local organizations, neighborhood groups, and small businesses to address real needs with care, consistency, and compassion.

As we look ahead to our 2026–27 program year, we write to you today — neighbor, ally, and fellow stakeholder in the health of our community — to invite your partnership in the work that truly matters. Your support helps sustain a thoughtfully curated portfolio of annual programs and services designed to enrich daily life for residents of every age, background, and zip code. Our 2026–27 calendar features 14 signature community events — spanning back-to-school giveaways, beach clean-ups, cultural celebrations, food drives, and youth recreation — collectively serving thousands of Long Beach families throughout the year. Every contribution to Cousins by the Dozens Incorporated is an investment in people — in the child heading back to school with new supplies, the senior who no longer feels forgotten, and the family whose block looks a little more like home. Your generosity powers two distinct pillars of our work, each designed to meet Long Beach where it lives.

Beyond our signature events, donations also sustain our Make-A-Wish & Dreams Come True Program — a suite of deeply personal, relationship-driven services that address the quiet, often unseen needs of our neighbors. These initiatives are not grand gestures; they are deliberate, dignified acts of care delivered one person, one household, and one block at a time. Support in this area serves four core areas:

• Youth Personal Grooming Assistance — Providing haircuts, hygiene kits, and grooming services to young people in underserved households and care settings, restoring confidence and affirming that every child deserves to feel seen and valued.
• Elderly Support Services — Offering meaningful companionship, technology navigation, errand assistance, and wellness check-ins for Long Beach seniors who need a steady, caring hand to remain connected to the community around them.
• Neighborly Trash & Gardening Services — Beautifying homes and blocks for residents who are unable to maintain their own spaces, cultivating neighborhood pride, cleanliness, and a shared sense of belonging.
• Nonprofit Business & Administrative Support — Helping small nonprofits and community organizations strengthen their operations, documentation, and internal capacity — so they can serve more people, more effectively, for years to come.

At the heart of everything we do is an unwavering commitment to dignity, accessibility, and genuine partnership.
