BEST. NEIGHBORHOOD. EVER.

We love our greater Bixby Knolls neighborhood.  The creative & stellar team at the Bixby Knolls Community Foundation (BKCF) and Bixby Knolls Business Improvement Association (BKBIA) offer a year-round panoply of fun and entertaining events for everyone to enjoy.  From seniors like ourselves to the babies in strollers, there is something happening for all ages.  

John and I look forward to Concerts in the Parking Lot, Santa Con, seeing the walkers cruising the blocks, the kidical mass bicycle riding families, Knights of the Round (turn)Table, the First Friday crowds, and more.  It's a pleasure to walk to and enjoy our local coffee shops, restaurants, stores, and even our own Bixby Knolls National Park.  

We've lived in the greater Bixby Knolls area since 1985.   Because of the BKCF/BKBIA events and programs, nowadays there is plenty for us to do and enjoy locally. We shop.  We dine.  We go to exercise classes.  We see friends and neighbors.  We feel connected.  We have fun.   Which is why we can't imagine living anywhere else.  

Blair Cohn and his team DO NOT STOP:  they are always looking for more ways for this neighborhood to thrive.  And thrive it does.  So we shouldn't stop either.  If we fund it, then up next is (even) more art and cultural events (IMHO, there is no such thing as too much art and culture);  keeping our streets clean(er) and safe(r); and helping our local businesses succeed, by connecting them to us and us to them.  

And which is why we ask you, our neighbors and friends, to also support BKCF, so you, too, can love where you live.
