Nathaniel Carpenter's Journey

I joined the BOSS (Business of Student Success) program since I was in 5th grade. I was an antisocial person – not because I did not like people, but because I grew up slightly introverted. During this time, I started volleyball. Alongside this, I was part of a coding program for kids in my age group called BYJU’s Future School. While I was participating in this educational program, I was introduced to block coding, Java script, CSS, and HTML. After I finished that course, I joined BOSS’s AI coding classes for free, where I can use AI to not cheat, but efficiently for the purpose of studying, like a tool. Because of the BOSS program, my confidence, overall common sense, and commitment to anything I am a part of, now, I am in 10th grade, dedicated in a college preparatory Catholic high school (Junipero Serra High School), baseball, volleyball, STEM programs within my school, an amateur flutist, and soon going to be joining a pep band. Last, but not least, because of BOSS and their constant dedication to inspire, equip, and empower students like me and alike to not only push forward, but to learn what I’m pushing for, and to take advantage of the newly acquired knowledge. Thus, if it wasn’t for them and the faculty, teachers, motivational speakers, and staff who participate and participated in BOSS, I – and many more like me – would not be the person we are in this very moment, and such moments that vary our mere futures.
