By combining mentorship, coaching, and real-world learning opportunities, BOSS creates pathways for students to pursue success beyond the classroom. BOSS doesn't just help students "get through school" but provides them with the tools and resources they need to thrive. As a BOSS coach, I work directly with students and help them identify their goals and create action steps toward reaching them.
