Hi, this is Mark, the 2026 Emotionally BOSS Pillar Awardee. The BOSS Program equips under-resourced middle and high school young men with the tools and skills needed to succeed in all aspects of their lives. BOSS fosters their intellectual, physical, and emotional well-being. They utilize the BOSS Pillars to inspire the pursuit of greatness in school, at home, and in the community. I have greatly benefited from the program.
