When tragedy strikes, TIP of Long Beach is there.
I have served as an on-scene TIP volunteer since March 2024 and have been part of TIP of Long Beach’s leadership team since August 2024. Through both roles, I have seen firsthand the difference compassionate support can make during some of the most difficult moments in a person’s life.
Our specially trained volunteers serve as second responders. We are activated by police officers, firefighters, and other first responders to provide immediate emotional support, practical assistance, and a caring presence to people affected by tragedy.
This year, we’re raising funds to help build a strong, sustainable future for TIP of Long Beach—including volunteer recruitment and training, technology, communication, and the infrastructure that keeps us ready to respond.
My personal goal is to raise $500. Every donation, no matter the amount, helps TIP continue showing up for our community when we are needed most.
