BOSS is a program to help students of color through learning and through life. They teach to conduct yourself socially, emotionally, and logically.
Through the 6 BOSS pillars I have learned how to better myself spiritually, socially, emotionally, physically, mentally, and economically in the young adult and teen world.
Through my 2 years and 8 months of being in BOSS they have helped me through many problems supported with tuition assistance and increased my learning capabilities through tutoring and my mentor.
My overall education has skyrocketed as a result of Boss, along with my behavior and public conduct, such as public speaking and presentations. The connections I’ve gained through BOSS has also given me better hope for the future and my current circumstances of juggling multiple APs and sports through my current Junior year.
I believe your donation to this program will benefit you and the many families in the program through bettering the support they receive and the economic standing of current young adults and high school teens as they pursue college.
