As a non-profit community mental health provider, Bayfront Youth & Family Services has been supporting the city of Long Beach for more than 20 years. Our commitment to providing outpatient mental health services reinforces the organization's mission and core values to empower and enrich the youth and families enrolled in our programs.
We have successfully demonstrated excellence in delivering case management, individual therapy, and group therapy both in the home and at school. We also offer psychiatric services, including medication management and caregiver support groups. We believe in a philosophy that families guide their own treatment goals, and via strength-based, needs driven intervention models we are able to achieve meaningful and long-term success.
Most of the population served includes lower socio-economic, mentally and behaviorally challenged individuals who struggle to sustain stable, emotional wellness. For those requiring more intensive support, such as housing, food assistance, vocational resources, and mental health crisis interventions, our teams are ready to respond 24-hours/day.
Bayfront's goal is to continue to maintain and cultivate its valuable presence within the Long Beach community.
