Adaptive Freedom Foundation

Adaptive Freedom Foundation creates inclusive opportunities for people with disabilities to experience freedom, confidence, connection, and adventure through adaptive recreation. Our flagship adaptive paddleboarding program brings individuals of all abilities onto the water with specialized equipment, trained volunteers, and a supportive community. We also create events such as Waves of Ability that connect people with adaptive sports, wellness resources, community organizations, and one another. Based in Southern California and actively serving the Long Beach community, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to participate, explore, and experience what’s possible.
