At Alliance for Young Women and Girls, we believe in the power of second chances and the incredible potential within every woman. Our Entry-Level Career Training for Women is more than just a program; it's a lifeline, a stepping stone, and a beacon of hope for women ready to transform their lives and careers. It helps women from marginalized communities in Long Beach reclaim their future through career skills, confidence, and connection.

• Career Coaching: 1:1 support to build goals and navigate the job market. For $25, you can provide a woman with personalized 30-minute career coaching.
• Job Placement Services: Direct connections to careers with living wages and upward mobility. For $50, you can provide a full hour of career placement services.
• Professional & Leadership Skills Training: Conflict resolution, communication, time management, AI fluency, and more. For $75, you can provide all the necessary workshop materials for one woman.
• Support Services: Transportation, childcare, professional attire, and other essentials. For $100, you can provide essential business attire and snacks during training events.
