Long Beach Moms creates meetups throughout the city, group outings, charity and business networking events, and countless other opportunities to help support each other as moms. Because of our incredible group of mamas, Long Beach Moms has become the premier trusted resource for navigating motherhood in the Long Beach community. Supporting parents in our local community thru various meet ups with playdates, connected resources, workshops that inspire and mentor while doing good in our community

After living in Rockridge, Marin County, and Lake Tahoe, Long Beach Moms founder, Angelica Wheaton was excited to return to Long Beach as a new mom. However, she missed her closest friends and family, who were either living across the state, across the country, or somewhere in between. Recognizing she had no local village; she knew she needed to create a connection with other moms in the area who were in the same situation. And so, in 2014, Long Beach Moms was founded to navigate motherhood while discovering Long Beach together. Currently, we reach over 3,500 vetted local members in our private facebook group, connect with over 3,600 on Instagram, and reach an impressive audience beyond Long Beach thru our weekly newsletter while supporting all parents with our website which is an ever growing resource.
