Since 2008, Gay for Good has proudly organized thousands of group volunteer events bringing LGBTQ+ volunteers and allies together to experience the joy of volunteerism. Gay for Good volunteers find a sense of belonging and connection, and take great pride in supporting meaningful projects to help animals, the environment and neighbors in need in 21 chapter cities nationwide.

Mission
Gay For Good mobilizes lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ+) and ally volunteers to promote diversity, foster inclusion and strengthen ties to the broader communities where we live and work.
Gay For Good provides training and resources to diverse community leaders who plan and lead inclusive volunteer experiences for LGBTQ+ people, allies and others to volunteer together, network and have fun in twenty-one chapter cities, and growing.
Through volunteer service we aim to increase LGBTQ+ visibility, cultivate understanding, and build positive relationships between diverse groups of people, while helping the environment, animals and people in need.
