We’ve Got You: A Hand Up, Not a Handout
At Love Beyond Limits, we believe every young person deserves a safe place to belong and a community that believes in them. At our King Park Drop-In, youth can grab a snack, get homework help, connect with a mentor, play, laugh, and simply have a safe place to be.
But sometimes, families need more.
A young person may need a safe ride home. A family may need groceries. A teenager experiencing bullying may need a haircut that restores their confidence. A parent may be doing everything they can but still need help getting through a difficult week.
In those moments, we want to be able to say, “We’ve got you.”
Our Long Beach Gives goal is $50,000 to strengthen our Drop-In and help us respond to the real, immediate needs of young people and their families.
This is about a hand up, not a handout—removing barriers, restoring dignity, and helping parents continue to be the heroes in their children’s lives.

Love Beyond Limits partners with youth to build their social and emotional skills and confidence, creating opportunities they need to learn, lead, and thrive. We equip parents to be the heroes in their kids’ lives by coaching, resourcing, and training them in social and emotional learning.
