PCCC is a California nonprofit organization for women guided by diversity equity, inclusion, belonging, and justice. We create gender equity through the power of professional coaching, leadership development workshops, and inclusive networking opportunities. We are BIPOC women led and founded. 

PCCC is standing steady during these challenging times and is proud to serve and support women of color, women with disabilities, women who identify as LGBTQI+, low-income women, college women, undocumented women, older adult women, and other underserved/under resourced women. We provide flexible rates via a sliding scale self-selecting system, and/or scholarships. We have a diverse roster of professional Coaches with unique and different lived experiences.

Since our founding in 2021 we have served close to 200 women and those who self-identify as women through our various coaching programs, leadership development workshops, and networking events.

Key Programs:

• Individual Coaching – including Spanish speaking coaches
• Free Coaching Fairs - including Spanish speaking coaches 
• Inclusive Networking Events
• Annual March Women’s Celebration Month Event
• Professional Development Workshops

PCCC's Client Coaching Impact & Results:

• Going back to college or entering college for the first time 
• Landing jobs, promotions, and/or raises by empowering oneself to move past old patterns or limiting self-beliefs
• Using their voices for artistic endeavors, creative self-expression, including becoming published authors
• Taking ownership of financial health, well-being and future
• Discerning with a Coach to seek the support of a mental health professional 
• Moving past self-limiting belief systems/behaviors, discomfort and challenges
