Urban Salt Community Acupuncture Clinic Inc

We are a non-profit 501c3 community acupuncture clinic and health education facility in Long Beach, CA founded in 2024. As a nonprofit community acupuncture and herbal clinic (and education center), we treat health openly. Patients sit in one of our zero-gravity lounge chairs supporting up to 550lbs OR be treated using a memory foam table. Either way, we strive for patients to be treated comfortably, gain relief from their concerns, and return to their activities in a timely manner. 

Our clinic opts out of the insurance based healthcare system to be able to provide care efficiently, affordably, with less patient stress. 

Patients pay what they can afford on our scale, or they are treated gratis during Free Clinics and outreach events. Our goal is to treat patients using acupuncture, herbs and other Traditional East Asian modalities safely, comfortably, and regularly with ease and care. 

ALL OF OUR donations go into patient care, clinic maintenance, outreach, and paying our doctors. 

For those who are able, those who choose the $55 fee sponsor others who have fallen on hard times. We use that extra money to PAY our acupuncturists during free clinic hours and when we treat the community at popular events around Long Beach, CA. 

We are able to provide new TCM doctors with a space to start their practice, learn business management, and learn a sustainable system of practice to reduce attrition in our field, as well.

We also provide low-cost community health education on a number of topics, including Ayurvedic health coaching, movement coaching, sound bath, Reiki attunement (Level 1), journaling groups, discussions on chronic burnout, and more.
