Harbor Community Health Centers (CHC) is a trusted provider of comprehensive healthcare services for men, women, and children in San Pedro, Long Beach, and throughout the Los Angeles and South Bay communities.
Founded more than 55 years ago on the belief that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare regardless of age or income, HarborCHC has grown from the original “storefront” Harbor Free Clinic established in 1970 into a leading community health provider with two locations in San Pedro and one in Long Beach.
Today, HarborCHC offers a full continuum of care, including preventive services such as routine, school, and sports physicals, immunizations, OB/GYN care, and health screenings, as well as treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions including asthma and diabetes. Additional services include family planning and reproductive healthcare, sexually transmitted infection (STI) screening and treatment, behavioral health and psychotherapy services, pediatrics, and comprehensive women’s health services.
HarborCHC is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a welcoming environment. Services are provided in both English and Spanish to ensure accessible, culturally responsive care for the diverse communities served.
HarborCHC is incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
