For more than five decades, HarborCHC has welcomed every patient with dignity, compassion, and respect.

One HarborCHC patient receiving end-of-life care had one final wish: to see his children, who lived outside the United States, one last time. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, his HarborCHC physician advocated on the family's behalf by writing a detailed letter supporting temporary visas. Thanks to that effort, the patient's children were able to be at his bedside, bringing comfort, peace, and dignity during his final days. 

This is what compassionate, patient-centered care looks like.
