Linc Housing is a Long Beach based nonprofit dedicated to building and preserving affordable housing for families, seniors, youth, and people who have experienced homelessness.
This year, Linc is going Beyond Barriers—breaking down the obstacles that stand between people and the safe, stable homes they deserve. Across California, our affordable housing communities provide more than a place to live; they create pathways to stability, opportunity, and brighter futures.
Here in our hometown of Long Beach, we continue to expand that impact. In 2025, we opened Zephyr and Crescent, transforming former hotels into 174 supportive apartments for people who have experienced homelessness. Linc now operates five affordable housing communities in Long Beach, providing 326 affordable homes, with three additional properties in development that will add 246 homes for families, youth, seniors, and people exiting homelessness.
