$15,000 Goal

The center was founded in 1970 and fed the homeless and families until 2018, when it closed for repairs and remodeling. A new Board of Directors is working diligently to reimagine and reopen SFCLB with a $1 million Capital Campaign. The specific and primary purpose of SFCLB is to perform charitable activities within the community of greater Long Beach. We will do that by feeding the homeless and giving food to families struggling with food insecurity. We also will have emergency outfits of clothing for the homeless and hope to have a Senior Day when seniors are welcome to a hot meal at our building.
