Larry & Juanita Matthews are the co-founders of Springs of Hope Grief-Care Center. The center was established in January of 2009. It was designed with the goal of bringing hope to people who are hurting.
As a faith-based organization, we honor God and His power to sustain hurting people through tough times and difficult days. Therefore, we share Biblical principles and a genuine faith in God that healing and restoration may be experienced by those seeking after it.
Springs of Hope offers:
Group Support - The group dynamic is an effective mechanism for bringing individuals out of their painful experiences by encouraging interaction with others.
Funeral Services - Grieving families are often left with planning a funeral. Our staff is prepared to remove this burden by offering the services of a Family Coach.
Individual Support - There is nothing like being able to bring forth your most delicate of issues without embarrassment. Your information is treated with great respect and confidentiality.
Seminars and Training - We offer a complete package of grief education seminars and workshops for individuals, churches, hospitals, civic/community groups, and other organizations.

Mission
Mending the Brokenhearted: giving hope to hurting people; working with families, individuals, and small groups of people that have experienced the death of a loved one or other major life changes. In the midst of the pandemic, more people have been isolated; they need to be assured that they are not alone. Our main focus is to help hurting people heal & find purpose in their pain.
