Invest in an Organization That Strengthens Every Cause

Every day, nonprofit organizations step up to meet our community's greatest challenges—from feeding families and mentoring youth to protecting the environment, advancing the arts, and providing critical health and human services. Behind every strong nonprofit is a strong team of leaders, staff, board members, and volunteers with the knowledge, skills, and resources to make their mission successful. That's where The Nonprofit Partnership comes in. For more than 30 years, we have strengthened the nonprofit sector through professional development, leadership programs, technical assistance, collaboration, and advocacy, ensuring organizations have the capacity to respond to today's challenges while building long-term sustainability. When you invest in The Nonprofit Partnership, you're investing in the strength and resilience of hundreds of nonprofits and the communities they serve.

Your support creates a ripple effect across our region. It equips nonprofit professionals with practical skills, develops the next generation of nonprofit leaders through our year-long Emerging Leaders program, and provides organizations with affordable resources that help them increase their impact. It also allows us to respond when our community needs us most. In 2025, TNP helped mobilize the Long Beach Food Equity Fund, deploying $70,000 in rapid-response grants to 42 nonprofits that provided immediate food assistance to more than 20,000 Long Beach residents during a time of crisis. By strengthening organizations before, during, and after challenges arise, we help ensure our nonprofit community remains prepared, connected, and resilient.

This Long Beach Gives, we invite you to make an investment that strengthens every cause. Your gift to The Nonprofit Partnership helps nonprofit organizations build stronger leaders, stronger organizations, and stronger communities. Please donate and help us continue providing affordable, high-quality resources that empower the nonprofit workforce and amplify the impact of hundreds of organizations across our region. If you're unable to give today, you can still make a difference by sharing our campaign page with your family, friends, coworkers, and social networks. Together, we can ensure our nonprofit sector has the tools, talent, and support it needs to thrive—for today and for generations to come.
