Injustices in our legal system has subjected people of color to mass incarceration and are instituted at disproportionate rates. Unite the People provides legal services to families who have difficulty affording legal services and we aim to ensure that as many people as possible are getting good legal representation and are not being unfairly sentenced. We are also involved with the community through city clean ups and various roundtable discussions such as with students at local Long Beach schools as well as with George Gascon. Unite The People also holds campaigns, protests, and keeps in contact with political actors.

Unite the People Inc., is a California-based nonprofit organization formed by a small group of concerned citizens, defense attorneys, and families and friends of incarcerated loved ones - to fight for social justice and deal with our national problems of mass incarceration and the need for prison and sentencing reform. Our organization's mission is to become a pillar of hope in the lives of those affected by incarceration and aim to bring beneficial change for those disproportionately sentenced.
