Three nonprofits—one per budget size—that receive a donation during the first day of Early Giving (Thursday, September 11, 2025) will be randomly selected to receive a $500 matching grant. To be eligible, the nonprofit must receive at least one online donation via our website during the first day of Early Giving.

Each account (individual or business) that Likes, Comments, and Shares the “Social Media Star” post from the Long Beach Gives Facebook or Instagram account will be entered into a drawing for a $500 prize. The winner will be allowed to choose one nonprofit taking part in Long Beach Gives to receive the prize. Like, comment, and share the post by 11:59:59 PM on September 10th to be eligible to win.

First time nonprofit that has the largest number of donors at the end of LBG.
Best Business Partnership $500
Three Prizes (one per budget size) will be awarded to organizations with the strongest Long Beach Gives business partnerships, as determined by our judges.
100% Board Giving $500 (x1 nonprofit*)
Three randomly selected nonprofits (*one per budget size) that received gifts from 100% of the members of their Board of Directors. Submit your organization for entry HERE.
