BOSS (business of student success) is a program dedicated to mentoring young boys taking them from the passenger seat to the “driver.” The goal is to take each student’s potential, introduce them to resources resulting in unlimited opportunities.
BOSS has helped me identify my strengths and weaknesses, focus on maturity, responsibility, and accountability. And help me understand who I really am. I want everyone to know about BOSS because it has changed my life and the way I see future self.
