Alfred's Fundraiser for BOSS

As Senior Vice President at Aon, I help organizations navigate complex risks and build resilience in an increasingly challenging world. My career has spanned finance, operations, and business development, and I’ve had the privilege of leading diverse teams across education, nonprofits, and global corporations. Whether in boardrooms or communities, my focus has always been on building relationships, driving impact, and championing positive change.

That’s why I am proud to serve on the board of BOSS (Business of Student Success). BOSS inspires, equips, and empowers under-resourced boys—many Black and Latino—to achieve academic excellence, build confidence, and prepare for careers in fields like technology, engineering, law, and business. Every day, I see how BOSS transforms lives by giving young men the mentorship, academic support, and leadership development they need to thrive.
