Help Michelle Raise Funds for Stroke Support Assoc

The Stroke Support Association (SSA) is important to me because, through my work with many patients post-stroke, I see firsthand how deeply a stroke can impact individuals and their families. Also, many strokes are either preventable or treatable when people recognize the warnings signs and get the proper care within three hours of symptom onset, making education, awareness, and support especially important. The SSA volunteers provide valuable encouragement and guidance to people in the hospital after a stroke, while its weekly support groups give stroke survivors and their families an opportunity to connect, ask questions, and learn from others during the in-person meetings or across the country via Zoom. I encourage others to donate because their support helps ensure that stroke survivors do not have to navigate this life-changing experience alone. Every donation can make a meaningful difference in recovery, education, and hope for stroke survivors and their families.
