As the Deputy Director of the Long Beach Health Department, I know that public health efforts save lives. The HHS Fund provides a helping hand to neighbors who are more impacted today than ever before.  As federally funded programs change, many of my Long Beach neighbors are left without certain benefits they count on. The HHS Fund provides a lifeline, offers hope, and strengthens our safety net.
