🌱 HELP KEEP EL DORADO NATURE CENTER OPEN ON TUESDAYS! 🌱
Something special is at risk in Long Beach.
Due to recent budget challenges facing the City of Long Beach, the El Dorado Park Nature Center is in danger of being closed on Tuesdays. For families, walkers, birders, nature lovers, seniors, students, and everyone who uses this incredible place, losing another day of access would be a real loss.
But we're not just going to sit back and watch it happen.
We're raising the money ourselves to help keep the Nature Center open on Tuesdays!
As a new board member of Long Beach Partners of Parks, I'm excited to be part of this effort and help bring our community together to protect one of Long Beach's most treasured natural spaces. Your tax-deductible donation will go directly to this effort. Your name will appear on both this page, as well as the main Partners of Parks / Long Beach Gives page (optional).
Help us keep the trails open. Help us keep nature accessible. Help us keep Tuesdays at El Dorado Nature Center.
🌱 Donate. Share this post. Tell a friend.
Thanks for your support!

ABOUT THIS FUNDRAISER
This is directly tied to the Partners of Parks / Long Beach Gives week of giving. Partners of Parks enriches the Long Beach community by expanding access to parks, recreation, and nature. We collaborate with donors, community groups, and the City to fund programs, amenities, and scholarships that ensure all residents—youth, seniors, families, and pets—can enjoy safe, vibrant, and equitable park experiences. This year, we are raising funds for the El Dorado Nature Center, with a goal of reaching $50,000.
