From humble beginnings on 84th and Quincy in inner-city Cleveland, I went on to become a corporate attorney, NFL/NBA contract advisor, and founder of BOSS. My journey taught me a simple truth: potential is universal, but the developmental infrastructure that transforms potential into achievement is not.
I benefited from people and opportunities that expanded what I believed was possible and helped me find a pathway forward.
BOSS is how we pay that forward.
We surround young people with the academic support, caring coaches, life skills, career exposure, networks, and opportunities that help transform potential into achievement. Today, BOSS scholars outperform district peers and advance to college and careers with purpose and preparation.
Your gift helps ensure the next generation doesn't have to leave opportunity to chance.
