Well, I finally made it to Carnegie Hall in June 2025 to sing one of my favorite masterworks - the Mozart Requiem. (That's me in the group photo in the 2nd row, 3rd from the right.) It was an incredible experience to sing in this iconic space with about 25 fellow Long Beach Chorale members and another 100+ singers from around the country! Ever since 1988 when I helped with its founding, the Chorale has been and continues to be one of the things that makes Long Beach a wonderful place to live--it is a community of dedicated artists from all walks of life who give their time and talents to make beautiful music.
