Hello Friends & Family, 

We are fundraising for Merge Opportunities because we believe every young adult deserves the chance to thrive, no matter the challenges they’ve faced.

Merge supports system-impacted individuals, transitioning foster youth, and survivors of domestic violence, housing instability, and incarceration— helping them build careers and futures they deserve.

This fall, we’re launching our an 8-week Transform a Life program, serving 20 motivated young adults. They’ll receive:

• Job readiness workshops to prepare for competitive careers

• Technical skills training to succeed in high-demand industries

• Safe transportation to interviews, work, and training sites

• Lifetime career coaching for ongoing support and growth

Your gift creates direct, life-changing impact:

• $25 → Provide workbooks, safety gear, and starter toolkits

• $50 → Cover safe rides to interviews or first day at work

• $100 → Deliver four workshops to build skills & confidence

• $250 → Provide a month of one-on-one career coaching

• $500 → Fund rides for five to work, training, or interviews

• $1,900 → Sponsor one young adult’s full career journey

We’ve set a goal to raise $10,000 for this program. Every dollar matters—together we can break cycles of poverty, create opportunity, and prove that talent thrives when given a fair chance.
