Hi, friends and family!

I'm Michael Trinidad, and I've been a proud tenor with South Coast Chorale since 2023!

When I first joined, I was looking for an opportunity to sing and share my love of music. What I found was so much more: an incredible community of talented, kindhearted people, some of whom have become my closest friends.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of performing in some truly unforgettable shows. From our festive Christmas concerts and Disney performances (where I even got to sing a solo of "Recuérdame" from Coco!) to powerful productions like Oliver Button Is A Sissy, a story about a young boy who is bullied for being flamboyant, and October Mourning, which commemorated the life of Matthew Shepard.

Each performance has reminded me that music is so much more than entertainment. It's a way to tell stories, celebrate who we are, honor those who came before us, and bring people together.

Founded in 1990, South Coast Chorale is a Long Beach-based LGBTQ+ community choir that welcomes people from all walks of life. Through music, we strive to create a sense of belonging and remind our audiences that we are more alike than different.

I'm raising money to help SCC continue sharing these stories, creating meaningful performances, and providing a welcoming space where people can find friendship, community, and a place to belong.
