Our presence at Shoreline Village provides a highly creative, flexible training environment for our interns and our International Friendship Ambassador and Makerspace Ambassador programs.  At designated times, it is also an outreach environment to families with youth in grades K-8.

In this environment we test the community response to our products, classes and services.

These are often in the form of low-cost and free Maker skills and Makerspace activities for youth aged 14-26 and the adults who support them and for families supported by our core community of youth and adults.

It complements our 'business' interface space at the Shaun Lumachi Innovation Center.

OUR 2024-2025 FOCUS

Rube Goldberg Competition, Long Beach History, Day of Inventing, STEAM Parties, LEGO competitions, Train club, Practical Microfactory, Handmade Carnivals in addition to our regular classes and makerspace times.
