Charm & Nostalgia: A Sense of Place

That photo captures a moment last year I'll never forget — Councilwoman Allen and neighbor, friend, and plaque-level donor Jessica and me at the dedication of one of the 10 newly installed ornamental lampposts on Molino Avenue (Phase 3). These aren't just light fixtures. 

What makes this project special is its authenticity. We're working with the City of Long Beach and the original manufacturer to produce replicas built to the exact specifications of Long Beach's iconic late-1920s E. 1st Street lampposts — bringing cohesion, charm, and a genuine sense of time and place to a beloved area of the city known for its remarkable architecture, streetscapes, and appealing proximity to the picturesque buff and ocean.
