As Chief Supply Chain Officer for KFC, I’ve been blessed with opportunities to lead on a global stage—guiding supply chain strategy, procurement, transformation, and sustainability across markets worldwide. Prior to this, I led diverse global teams at Collins Aerospace, where collaboration, excellence, and inclusion were central to every success. Along the way, my education at Hampton University (B.S. Chemical Engineering) and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business (MBA) gave me the foundation to thrive.

But none of these milestones happened in isolation. They were possible because of the belief, support, and opportunities invested in me. That’s why I serve on the board of BOSS (Business of Student Success). BOSS inspires, equips, and empowers under-resourced boys—many Black and Latino—to transform their futures through academic excellence, STEM learning, leadership development, and mentorship. Boys who might otherwise be overlooked are becoming confident, capable, and ready to lead.
