Support youth futures in Long Beach

Sowing Seeds of Change is a women led nonprofit in Long Beach that provides young people with opportunities to grow into leaders. They teach farming, culinary arts, wellness and entrepreneurship skills to youth who are often left out of traditional educational opportunities. Their participants face barriers to future work due to lack of support from family (foster youth aging out), stigma (developmental disabilities, neurodivergence), and other societal barriers (poverty).
