Look, y’all. I’m a better person because I’ve been a part of Confluence Rising - I listen more actively, take more accountability, and speak out more courageously when I see harms in my community. I didn’t just learn this through osmosis when I was on staff, but because I’m a community member who's participated in dialogues, trainings, and convenings. If you’ve ever attended an event with Confluence Rising (or CCEJ), your mind & heart has been expanded, just like me.
