Please help the LBC stay fed and safe

For almost 9 years, we have been reducing food insecurity significantly in a way that focuses on dignity and compassion because people are traumatized enough when they can't provide for themselves and their families.  Food Security is intersectional and central to alleviating crime, domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, road rage, the ability to afford healthcare, prescriptions, fuel and a home by eliminating the cost of food, hygiene products and other essentials.  We also provide haircuts, books, weather gear, tents,  narcan, basic beauty supplies to help people integrate into society.   If we were no longer able to do this, Long Beach would be a very very different place, with a lot more crime and chaos.  Not because these are bad peoplle, but because if you can't eat or feed your kids, you become a lot more desperate.  Please help!
