The Business of Student Success (BOSS) provides the developmental infrastructure that transforms the potential of boys into educational attainment, economic mobility, and lifelong leadership.
BOSS has built a year-round pipeline of academic support, STEAM enrichment, and mentorship for youth state and nationwide, guiding them from middle school through college and into their careers. Its approach rests on six Foundational Pillars, Mentally BOSS , Emotionally BOSS , Socially BOSS, Physically BOSS, Economically BOSS, and Spiritually BOSS, that is essential to a young man's development as a whole. The results speak for themselves with nearly every graduating scholar matriculating to college.
BOSS doesn't just prepare boys for the future. It builds the infrastructure that lets them claim it.
