Why Your Gift Matters
Young adults transitioning from foster care, impacted by the justice system, or growing up in underserved communities often need more than a job opening.
Merge helps bring together training, mentorship, transportation support, employer connections, and continued coaching so a job opportunity can become a lasting career.
