I’m fundraising for Merge Opportunities because I believe every young adult deserves the chance to thrive, no matter the challenges they’ve faced. Merge partners with system-impacted individuals, transitioning foster youth, and survivors of domestic violence, housing instability, and incarceration—helping them gain the skills, resources, and confidence to build lasting careers.

This fall, Merge will launch an 8-week Transform a Life program for 20 motivated young adults. Participants will receive hands-on technical training, job readiness workshops, safe transportation, and lifetime career coaching—removing barriers and opening real pathways to success.

Your gift will have a direct, measurable impact: 

$25 → Provide workbooks, safety gear, or starter toolkits 

$50 → Cover safe rides to interviews or first day at work 

$100 → Fund one workshop to build skills & confidence $250 → Mentorship That Matters – Provide a month of one-on-one care 

$500 → Fund rides for five to work, training, or interviews 

$1,900 → Champion the Journey – Sponsor one young adult’s full career 

$2,500 → Cover all tools and trainer costs for an apprenticeship cohort 

$5,000 → Support workshops & coaching for 10 young adults 

$10,000 → Transform Futures – Sponsor 5 career starts
