The Junior League of Long Beach is celebrating 95 years of community impact. Since 1931, JLLB has been an organization of women whose mission is to advance women's leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. Guided by this mission, the League has developed, supported and launched more than 60 projects, working in partnership with local communities to facilitate leadership and youth development programs that encourage positive experiences, relationships and environments for youth and young adults to thrive.

Through hands-on experience, members gain invaluable skills in leadership, project management and community engagement, all while addressing our community's most pressing needs. Supporting JLLB is an investment in the empowerment and development of women, and in the young people and future leaders who are trained to make a difference in Long Beach. Every member, volunteer and donor plays a part in carrying this mission forward, ensuring our community continues to have the trained, dedicated leadership it needs to thrive.
