My name is Evan Williams, I am a senior in high school, and I have been a part of the Boss program for 3 going on 4 years now. The Boss program has truly changed the entire trajectory of my life, throughout it, not just myself, but every other young man is equipped with the tools needed in order to make that smooth transition from passenger seat to driver in their lives. I myself have benefited so much from the program. I have become more confident, more goal-driven, more coachable, and most of all, more prepared for my future and how to overcome any obstacles that may try to interfere. I am truly blessed to be a part of such a program that's focused on changing the future of young men's lives, such as mine, as now I am driven to want to do the same for the next.
