Provide meaningful connection for young people!

Rising TIDE is a place that is truly a family for the children and youth in downtown Long Beach. I've been a one-on-one tutor, board member, and volunteer. Dylan and I dropped off activities and supplies every Sunday during COVID lockdown for youth, so that they would able to connect with friends and teachers.

To me, Rising TIDE means connection. To have a space dedicated to exploring interests, friendships, education, health, and more and doing it in partnership with families is meaningfully and something to be celebrated and invested in.

For this Long Beach Gives, I'll be matching the first $500 donated to my page *and* there's a $20,000 match to donations for the organization, so your good is doubly doubled!
