For over 50 years, For The Child has been a lifeline for children and families in crisis—providing hope, healing, and health to those who have suffered abuse, neglect, or trauma. We serve every child who walks through our doors, regardless of their ability to pay or whether they have health insurance. This is a promise we’ve kept for decades—and with your help, we’ll continue to keep it.

Each year, we see more and more teenagers struggling with abuse, trauma, and mental health challenges. Today, over half of our clients are teens, and the need for specialized care has never been more urgent.

To meet this growing need, we’re proud to announce that the John Gogian Teen & Family Center opened in early 2026- an expansion of our headquarters that will allow us to offer tailored services in a safe, welcoming space designed specifically for teens and their families. But we can’t do it alone.
