B.O.S.S. is a fun and unique mentorship program committed to uplifting Black and Brown youth through guidance, education, and empowerment. They help connect young people with mentors who understand their journey — because they've lived it too. Together, we're breaking barriers, building confidence, and creating real opportunities for success.

I’m living proof that B.O.S.S. works. Thanks to this program, I was able to raise my GPA and improve my test scores — but more importantly, I gained the confidence to believe in myself. With the support of my mentor, I learned how to set goals, stay focused, and push through challenges that once felt impossible.

B.O.S.S. provides mentorship, workshops that help with life skills, a community that really cares and access to tools and resources that make college and career pathways more accessible.
