BOSS has helped me so much in the past 2 years I’ve been involved in the program. Were are given so many opportunities and connections with different places and different people. For example we’ve gone to the Microsoft HQ where we learned more about the company and their practices. Overall the BOSS program has been able to not just influence me, but so many black boys and will mostly likely influence more to come.
