It’s hard to believe that when we moved to Long Beach in 1997 from the Whittier, La Mirada area, we came here with three employees and now we have expanded to 12  full-time and six part-time employees

Our growth over the last almost 30 years has allowed us to enhance the quality of our productions, greatly expand our education outreach programs to serve over 18,000 students each year, and become a major part of the Long Beach cultural  landscape

When we bought our building in 2005, we had no idea we would be  expanding so quickly

We were just so happy to have a permanent home for our offices, box office, rehearsal, studio, and costume shop. After being spread out in a variety of locations, both rented and gifted to us

Now, 20 years later, we’re busting at the seams, and we need to reconfigure our existing building to allow for more offices, upgrading workspaces for our employees 

Our goal for Long Beach Gives is $20,000. To match a $20,000 gift given to us earlier this year by some longtime dear friends and Colleagues

My personal goal is $5000, which is 25% of the overall campaign goal

No amount is too small, and although the official Long Beach Giving Day is September 18th, early giving begins on September 11. So anything between the 11th and 18th will count towards our goal.
