Nazir's Long Beach CLT Fundraiser!

I’m supporting the Long Beach Community Land Trust because I believe everyone deserves to stay rooted in the places they call home, and that permanently affordable housing should be stewarded by our communities.

As LBCLT’s Executive Director, I get to see every day what’s possible when residents come together to shape the future of their neighborhoods. I came to this work because I believe housing is a foundation for health, stability, community, and belonging, and that the people most impacted by decisions about land and housing should lead those decisions.

This Long Beach Gives, I’m raising funds to help LBCLT create and preserve permanently affordable, community-led housing in Long Beach. We’re currently putting this vision into action with an opportunity to bring 28 homes in North Long Beach into community ownership, protecting their affordability for generations to come.

And this year, your gift goes three times as far! Thanks to a generous $10,000 matching gift, every $1 you give unlocks $2 in matching funds.

Please consider making a gift today to help us reach our goal!
