Hi, I’m Rich Gibson. I’ve been a proud Long Beach resident my whole life, and for more than 40 years I’ve been building, leading, and now guiding people toward stronger financial futures. My career started in my family’s concrete business, where I did everything from sweeping yards to running operations. 

Today, I serve as Executive Director and Branch Office Manager with a capital advisory firm here in Long Beach. As a fiduciary advisor, I believe in putting people first, educating families about their options, and helping them protect what matters most.

Beyond my professional life, I'm deeply connected to our Long Beach community. Rotary’s mission of “Service Above Self” aligns perfectly with the values I try to live by every day — giving back, supporting others, and leaving things better than I found them.

That’s why I’m excited to support the Rotary Charitable Foundation’s Feeding the Future initiative for this year's Long Beach Gives campaign. 

This initiative is fundraising to provide needed food and personal hygiene items to financially challenged students. Both Long Beach City College and CSU Long Beach have pantries open daily to assist those students to obtain these items and more at no cost to the students.

Hungry students have difficulty with focusing on their studies!
