My name is Khanny Ou, and I am the Travel Training Program Coordinator at the Disabled Resources Center. For 27 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside people with disabilities as they learn to navigate their communities, access essential resources, and build the confidence they need to live independently.

Every day, my colleagues and I help people overcome barriers that can stand between them and the lives they want to live—from learning how to use public transportation and getting to work, to connecting with benefits, housing, employment, and other vital community resources. For the people we serve, these services can be life-changing—and they are provided at no cost to them.
